Assistant Manager H.T.

Responsible for:  (The main job activities)

• Assist dept Manager for effective and efficient operation of the Department.
• Planning and ensure productivity targets to meet.
• Control of department budget
• Liaising with customer representative to satisfy their needs
• Implement and review the department processes for continual improvement.
• Provide on the job training to the subordinates and succession plan within the department
• Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.

Preferred Competencies:

• Degree in Naval Architecture / Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• Should be NACE / FROSIO / SSPC Certified.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Frosio Certified. 
• Sound knowledge and experience blasting and painting essential.
• Computer literacy in all Microsoft products.
