HYDRAULIC - SUPERVISOR

Reporting to: MANAGER / ASST. MANAGER

Responsibilities:

1.Production planning and execution.

2.Optimum utilization of resources.

3.Interaction with Customer Reps.; Classification Society Surveyor, Sub- Contactors & main yard personnel.

4.Identifying training requirement for subordinates.

5.Identifying tooling & equipment requirement for increasing safety and productivity.

6.Ensure that the Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard are strictly followed.

7.Perform other job related duties as assigned by the section head.

Preferred Competencies

1. Degree / Diploma in Engineering or Shipyard apprenticeship/training in Production or Sailing experience as Marine Engineer.

2. Minimum five years experience in the Production Section of Shipyard or sailing aboard as Marine Engineer in the Rank of at least 2nd Engineer.

3. Computer literate.
